Benjamin H. Southard
Ben is a commercial real estate attorney who provides counsel in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial real estate, as well as related corporate matters, including entity formation and corporate governance. He also specializes in representing landlords and tenants in the leasing of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Worman Law Group, PLLC, Ben practiced with Nelson, Mullins, Riley & Scarborough, LLP.
